terms of use.
Everything on dilman.tech is the original work of Ferhat Dilman. This includes the writing, the essays, the manifestos, the code, the design system, and the visual work. It is protected by copyright from the moment it is created. Under the Berne Convention that protection is automatic in Turkey, the United States, and most countries. No registration is required for it to exist.
What you may do. You may read this site, share links to it, and quote short passages for criticism, comment, review, or news, as long as you attribute the work to Ferhat Dilman and link back to the original page. Normal fair use and fair dealing are welcome. Ideas are free. You are free to think about Collective Conscious Intelligence, local-first AI, and everything else written here, and to build your own work on those ideas.
What you may not do. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, translate, or adapt this content in whole or in substantial part without written permission. This covers reproducing full essays, the CCI Manifesto, or the site text and design on another website, in print, or anywhere else. Copyright protects my specific expression, the actual words, structure, and examples I chose. Someone can write about the same subjects in their own words. They cannot copy mine.
